  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure smooth processing.

  Drop Off or Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
